TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT
- Our website is for wholesale only, you must supply a valid tax id number when setting up your account. We do not sell to individuals.
- 1st order must be a minimum of $200 and be paid with a credit card
- Re-orders- no minimum

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER
- You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL.
- Net30 is available upon approval and completion of a credit application, however all new accounts must place their first order with a credit card
- Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept personal checks.

SALES TAX
- Frankie & Johnny Pjs is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky addresses. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

ORDER STATUS
- Once you've clicked PURCHASE, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours AFTER they have been confirmed and authorized. Please note: you may be contacted by a Customer Service Representative if we are having problems with an authorization
- You will receive an order# (ie: 60000…) and an automatic email confirming your order information. If you have not heard from our Customer Service Department within 24-48 business hours of placing your order, your order has been authorized to be processed

Privacy Policy
- Frankie and Johnny is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our web site. We do not share your personal information with any other companies

Shipping Policy
- Frankie and Johnny ships all packages FedEx ground unless otherwise specified.
- All items ship from Kentucky
- Once your order has been authorized and confirmed, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours
- Unfortunately, we do not ship orders on weekends and Holidays
- If the Desired Arrival date is left blank under Shipping Method, it will be processed ASAP

Refund Policy
- All claims must be made within 5 business days after receipt of goods
- Any merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be approved in writing before accepted. A return authorization number will be given
- All returned merchandise must be in new condition
- Return authorization number must be clearly marked on outside of package
